Spicy Paneer Nachos
Loaded nachos that are guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser! Simply layer your toppings, bake onto a sheet pan and serve. Done. Easy peasy!
These are amazingly tasty and easy to make, so it makes for a great dinner on busy nights. These nachos will be a HUGE hit with your family so be sure to give them a try for dinner tonight!

12 Ounces tortilla chips
1 Cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
1 Tomato diced
1/4 Cup diced red onion
1 Jalapeno, thinly sliced
Half green or red pepper, diced
2 Tablespoons sour cream
1 Cup Guacamole
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet.
Place tortilla chips in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Top with Grated Paneer Curry and cheese.
Cover with more tortilla chips and add peppers, cheese and jalapenos
Place into oven and bake until heated through and the cheese melts, about 5-6 minutes.
Serve immediately, topped with tomato, onion and cilantro with a side of sour cream and guacamole.
